Account management
At Pre-Heat we pride ourselves in providing clients with dedicated and fully qualified customer response teams. We ensure that every customer account or individual project has its own qualified Gas Safe Register registered Contracts Manager who, in turn, is supported by an office based account team.
This team’s sole responsibility is to look after the needs of their customers. They not only get to know the client’s business inside out but often get to know the tenants personally and can often pre-empt potential problems first hand before they escalate and start to cause real problems.
